Tom Poljak has been helping hundreds of groups raise millions of dollars for over 20 years in Western PA. Tom proudly merged his company "Black Bear Fundraising" into The Funding Zone family in 2022.

In addition to helping teams and groups raise money, Tom publishes Golfer's Lifestyle Magazine and is the host of the "Tom & Tom" Golf Show on ESPN Radio.

Tom has been married to his wife Ann for 33 years, has twins (Meghan and Mitchell) that are 27 years old as of 2023, and he is extremely proud of their success both personally and professionally.
